Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may replace your registration if the Secretariat is notified of the replacement in writing.
 
If there is no replacement, a refund (less an administration fee of USD 150 per person) will be made for notification received in writing before 28 July 2009. After this date, no refunds will be made.
 
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
